Rob Steets is a Senior Managing Director in the Human Resources group, leading Global Talent, Workforce Planning and Analytics. In this role he is responsible for our talent management processes, learning and development strategies and execution, as well as overall people analytics and insights.

Rob has over two decades of experience working for large and mid-size companies across a variety of industries, including several banking and fintech firms. Prior to joining Blackstone, Rob was SVP in Human Resources at IPC Systems, leading the global Human Resources team. Rob has been actively involved throughout his career in working at every level of an organization as an advisor and coach.

Rob has a M.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a B.A. in Psychology from West Chester University.
