Christine Harrington is a Managing Director in the Strategic Relationships group. Ms. Harrington focuses on developing and deepening relationships with private equity firms and M&A advisory firms, as well as originating investments across a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining Blackstone’s Strategic Relationships team in 2024, Ms. Harrington worked in Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI) as a Managing Director in the Private Origination investment team, where she was focused on originating and executing credit investments.

Before joining Blackstone in 2019, Ms. Harrington worked at Apollo Global Management as a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Direct Origination’s investment team. She was actively involved in sourcing credit opportunities for the Apollo platform, as well as underwriting investments. Prior to joining Apollo in 2007, Ms. Harrington worked in Leveraged Finance Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Harrington received a BA in International Studies and Spanish from Fairfield University. She serves on the non-profit board for the Sandy Hook Foundation.
