Paige Ross is the Global Head of Human Resources at Blackstone, overseeing Human Resources and the Strategic Incentives Group. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness and strategic planning across several industries. In her role, she drives the firm’s talent strategy, leading its efforts to attract, develop, assess and reward talent in support of its business objectives.

Before joining Blackstone in 2016, Ms. Ross served as the Managing Director of Talent Management at Centerbridge Partners, where she led talent management across portfolio companies. She has also held a wide variety of senior human resources leadership positions at Pfizer, Avon and PepsiCo.

Ms. Ross earned her PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. She received her BA and MA in Psychology from Stony Brook University and Adelphi University, respectively. She serves on the boards of the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Great Wolf Lodge.
