Jonathan Feiler is a Managing Director in Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA).

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Feiler was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Arosa Capital Management LP, where he was responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters. Before joining Arosa, Mr. Feiler worked in the Investment Management group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP where he represented private investment funds in connection with structuring, investor negotiation and ongoing legal issues, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.

Mr. Feiler received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
