Brian Rapp is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group. He is involved with Blackstone’s investments in healthcare including TeamHealth, Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD), HealthEdge, and Precision Medicine Group.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Rapp worked as Chief Operations and Strategy Officer for Compass Health Center (mental healthcare); before joining Compass, Mr. Rapp was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he helped lead the Healthcare Strategy and Operations Practice in North America.

Mr. Rapp received a BA from Harvard in Economics.
