Emerging software developers are offered first-hand exposure to the increasingly powerful role of technology in crafting financial strategy. This program is open to all undergraduate sophomores and represents an important part of our efforts to broaden our candidate reach and strengthen the pipeline of talent in the technology sector.
Sprinternships
Blackstone participates in the Sprinternship program through Break Through Tech, an initiative of Cornell Tech. The program provides undergraduate students early in their computing studies with the opportunity to work in small teams on real business challenges, gaining hands on project experience, industry exposure, and practical skills that support future technology internships and careers.
