Adam Bauman is a Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) on the Strategy & Management team, based in New York. Mr. Bauman focuses on the investment strategies across public and private real estate debt instruments for the firm's strategic insurance partnerships and other high-grade SMAs.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Bauman worked at BlackRock, where he was most recently responsible for investing in Asset-Backed Securities within the Fundamental Fixed Income business.

Mr. Bauman graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Operations from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA charterholder.
