Áine McGrath is a Managing Director and Human Resources Business Partner supporting the Blackstone Private Equity, Growth and Portfolio Operations businesses. In this role, Áine partners with her clients and the global HR team to develop and implement talent strategies to drive business results, inclusive of culture, talent development and organizational design.

Before joining Blackstone, Áine worked at S&P Global for 13 years in a variety of senior roles including Senior HRBP for S&P Global Ratings and HR Business Process Management. Áine also worked at QBE Insurance as an HRBP and Global People Change Lead. Prior to relocating to New York in 2007, Áine held several HR positions in Dublin, Ireland, including five years as an HR Business Partner at Group Irish Life Insurance & Permanent, plc.

Áine received a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, Ireland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
