Alyson Sandwick is a Managing Director and Head of Accounting Strategy and Policy at Blackstone. Ms. Sandwick manages the accounting policy function for Blackstone and provides strategic accounting support to Blackstone’s business units and portfolio companies on new and complex products and transactions.

Prior to joining Blackstone, she was a director in PwC's Deals practice where she advised corporations and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on transaction structure and execution, corporate finance and financial reporting.

Ms. Sandwick received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and is a CFA charterholder and a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
