Andrew Fenet is a Managing Director and the North America Head of Real Estate Business Development, focused on capital raising for Blackstone’s real estate strategies. Since joining Blackstone in 2014, Mr. Fenet has spent time working on acquisitions and capital raising across the real estate platform.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Fenet was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investment Group where he was responsible for acquisitions for the opportunistic and core real estate strategies.

Mr. Fenet received a BS in Economics and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University where he graduated magna cum laude and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management where he was awarded the Sears Scholarship.
