Andrew Lim is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Operations group and Talent Lead for the Real Estate business where he is focused on developing and executing an integrated talent strategy across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Blackstone, he spent five years at ghSMART where he was an Associate Partner and co-lead of the Executive Coaching and Development practice. There he advised clients on critical leadership initiatives such as selection assessment, succession planning and high potential development. Prior to ghSMART, Mr. Lim worked at Korn Ferry where he was a Principal and Consulting Director in their advisory business and earlier in his career, he worked at Heidrick and Struggles and Deloitte Consulting.

Mr. Lim holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Commerce, with merit, from the University of New South Wales in his hometown of Sydney, Australia.
