Ashley Messig is a Managing Director and Global Head of Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) Human Resources based in New York.

Before joining Blackstone, Ashley was the Global HR Business Partner for Credit at BlackRock. Ashley has over twenty years of experience across HR in financial services. Prior to BlackRock, she served in various talent management roles focused on developing and executing comprehensive talent development strategies, training, and performance improvement solutions to support business objectives and drive revenue growth. Ashley began her career in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs and Pine Street, their Leadership Development Group.

Ashley received a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
