Bob Carroll is a Managing Director and the Head of Distressed Trading in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Mr. Carroll oversees all trading activity relating to BXCI’s expansive public distressed efforts.

Mr. Carroll joined Blackstone from the hedge fund, Smith Cove Capital, where he had been responsible for all trading activity since 2016. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Perry Capital as Head of Trading. Previously, Mr. Carroll was a trader at Litespeed Partners and Imperial Capital.

Mr. Carroll received a BS in Communications from Norwich University The Military College of Vermont.
