Caroline Widman is a Managing Director in the Human Resources Group. Since joining Blackstone, Ms. Widman has focused on Blackstone’s organizational development efforts, including the firm’s performance evaluation process. She has also been involved in Human Resources systems and process development initiatives, and has managed many firm charity campaigns, diversity and training programs. Before joining Blackstone in 2004, Ms. Widman worked as a Program Coordinator at Reach Out and Read of Greater New York. Ms. Widman received a BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
