Chris Clark is a Managing Director in the Global Tax Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2022, Mr. Clark has been involved with all tax matters related to Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT) and Blackstone Property Partners Life Sciences (BPPLS). Additionally, Mr. Clark leads the Tax Technology and Tax Operations functions, developing innovative technology solutions and establishing best practices for Global Tax.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Clark was a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Real Estate Tax Group, where he provided tax services to open-end real estate funds and real estate investment trusts. He also served as a Digital Accelerator, where he developed automated solutions and visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders, while training and enhancing the skills of clients and internal teams.

Mr. Clark received a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University at Maryland – College Park.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
