Emily Tvetenstrand is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance group, focusing on Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA). 

Prior to joining Blackstone, Ms. Tvetenstrand worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as an associate in its mergers and acquisitions practice group, where she represented strategic and financial sponsor clients in public and private M&A transactions.

Ms. Tvetenstrand received a BA, cum laude, in both Mathematics and Philosophy from Columbia University (Columbia College). She received her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
