Harishwar N Sukhthankar is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group based in Mumbai and is involved in financing and capital market activities for Indian real estate investments. He has also been actively involved in listing India’s first office REIT (Embassy Office Parks) and first retail REIT (Nexus Select).

Before joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Sukhthankar spent 10 years at Lehman Brothers and Nomura Investment Banking, where he was focused on origination and execution of M&A, equity and debt financing transactions across multiple sectors.

Mr. Sukhthankar received an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and graduated from the University of Mumbai.
