Kelly Klobucar is a Managing Director and Chief Learning Officer within the Private Wealth Solutions group. Ms. Klobucar is involved in learning and development, recruiting, career development, and other programmatic initiatives. Ms. Klobucar has held a variety of roles within Private Wealth Solutions since joining the firm in 2016, initially leading the Independent Wealth Management internal sales team and more recently was a member of the Global Strategic Partnerships team.

Before joining Blackstone in 2016, Ms. Klobucar was head of Intermediary Internal Sales at Schroder Investment Management. Prior to Schroders, she was a Senior Relationship Manager at FBR Capital Markets where she focused on Registered Investment Advisors in the Northeast region of the US. Ms. Klobucar received a BA in Communications from Boston College.
