Kristen Paladino is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Ms. Paladino leads the BXCI Value Creation team.

Before joining Blackstone in 2019, Ms. Paladino served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer for over seven years. Prior to that, she worked at Deloitte as a Regulatory and Capital Markets consultant.

Ms. Paladino received a BS in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Joseph Wharton Fellow. Ms. Paladino currently serves on the board of directors of ClearGen.
