Leslie Sturgeon is a Managing Director in Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA).

Before joining Blackstone in 2023, Ms. Sturgeon invested opportunistically across public equities, credit, and distressed debt at 140 Summer Partners, Soros Fund Management, and Appaloosa Management. Prior to her buy-side roles, Ms. Sturgeon was a Senior Director of Finance & Acquisitions at Charter Communications and a high yield research analyst at JPMorgan. 

Ms. Sturgeon received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
