Marco D’Arienzo is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2015, Mr. D’Arienzo has held roles in both New York and Toronto and has been involved in investing and managing real estate across several asset classes, including Blackstone’s Canadian industrial portfolio (Pure Industrial) and its US affordable housing platform (April Housing). Prior to that, he was involved in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring commercial and residential real estate debt investments across the United States and Canada.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. D’Arienzo worked in Toronto for Brookfield Financial supporting global real estate M&A, capital markets and brokerage teams.

Mr. D’Arienzo received a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University and serves as a board member for the Canadian Transplant Association and the Heart & Hands Pediatric Clinic.
