Mark Henle is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Private Equity Group where he focuses on investments in the energy and energy transition sectors. Since joining Blackstone in 2019, Mr. Henle has been involved with the firm’s investments in Beacon Offshore Energy, Primexx Energy, Sitio Royalties, Ulterra and Viridon.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Henle was a Vice President at White Deer Energy, an energy-focused private equity firm. Prior to White Deer, he was an Associate at Lazard in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure group.

Mr. Henle received a B.A. in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
