Mark Rutledge is a Senior Managing Director with Blackstone Credit. He is involved with investments in energy transition, renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Since joining Blackstone Credit, Mr. Rutledge has been involved with analyzing debt, mezzanine, distressed and private equity investments across a variety of industries.

Before joining Blackstone Credit, Mr. Rutledge worked as an analyst at Credit Suisse's London Office in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Leverage Finance Origination & Restructuring teams between 2008 and 2010.

Mr. Rutledge received an Honors Business Administration degree with Distinction and Deans Honors from The Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. Mr. Rutledge serves on the board of directors of Ion Solar.
