Mathilde Gault is a Managing Director at Blackstone Growth (BXG), focusing on growth equity investments in Europe.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2020, Ms. Gault worked at KKR, as a member of the Private Equity team. She started her career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Department in 2013.

Ms. Gault holds a BSc (Hons) from the London School of Economics.
