Nikhil Vaidya is a Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) on the Public Investments team, based in New York. Mr. Vaidya focuses on investments in public real estate securities and real estate private placements.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Vaidya worked at Bank of Montreal, specializing in CMBS, RMBS, and Agency CMOs within their Securitized Products Franchise.

Mr. Vaidya received a BS in Operations Research and a Master of Engineering in Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
