Paul Wolpe is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) group and the head of BREDS Portfolio Management.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Wolpe was a Managing Director at the CIT Group and an Executive Vice President at OneWest Bank prior to its sale to CIT. Prior to OneWest, Mr. Wolpe worked at Dune Capital where he was part of the team responsible for buying IndyMac Bank from the FDIC and creating OneWest.

Mr. Wolpe received a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
