Saleh Panahi is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group in London, where he focuses on investments in the Energy Transition, Industrials, Media & Education industries. Since joining Blackstone in 2012, Mr. Panahi has been involved in a number of investments and currently serves on the boards of Leica, Schenck Process, Desotec and Enstall (formerly known as Esdec Solar Group).

Mr. Panahi is a member of Blackstone’s Diverse Professionals Network EMEA Task Force, and represents Blackstone on the Futures Committee of Impetus, an organization supporting underprivileged youths in the UK.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Panahi worked at Lazard in the German M&A team. 

Mr. Panahi received a Master degree (Dipl. Kaufm.) from the University of Mannheim.
