Sam Young is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in Sydney. Mr. Young is focused on the origination, execution, and management of credit investments in Australia & New Zealand.

Prior to his current role Mr. Young worked in Blackstone's Private Equity Group in Australia from 2015 to 2018 and the United States from 2018 to 2021, being involved in the execution and management of the firm's investments.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Young worked in Goldman Sachs' and Nomura's investment banking businesses.

Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
