Sara Slater is a Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer in the Strategic Partners group. As CAO of Strategic Partners, Ms. Slater is involved in resource allocation, recruiting, career development, compensation, strategic planning, budget/expense management as well as other administrative and operational responsibilities. Joining Blackstone in 2014, Ms. Slater previously worked in the Strategic Incentives Group where her focus was cash compensation management.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2014, Ms. Slater worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 8 years holding a variety of roles in compensation management and operational support to executive leadership.

Ms. Slater graduated from TCNJ with a BA and from Rutgers University with an MBA.
