Thad Bzomowski is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance Group, focusing on Liquid Credit Strategies within Blackstone Credit & Insurance (BXCI).  Since joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Bzomowski has been involved in fund structuring and related issues, investment transactions, special projects, regulatory affairs, and other legal and compliance matters.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Bzomowski was a Vice President at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, where he provided legal coverage to the cross-asset financing business.  Prior to that, Mr. Bzomowski was an associate at Seward & Kissel LLP and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P., and a law clerk for the Honorable P. Kevin Castel on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Bzomowski received a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, majoring in Finance and Economics, and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
