Thomas Senecal is a Managing Director in the Tactical Opportunities Group, based in London. He focuses primarily on investments in the digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and consumer sectors. Since joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Senecal has been involved in a number of the firm’s current and past investments including Group L’Occitane, Groupe SII, Lazeo, Sipartech, Hotwire Communications, Phoenix Towers International, Metrotel, and Phoenix Torres do Brasil, among others. He currently serves as a director of Sipartech, Lazeo, and Metrotel. Mr. Senecal has also worked in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Senecal worked at Wells Fargo Securities in the Consumer/Retail & Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York.

Mr. Senecal graduated from Princeton University with an AB cum laude in Politics.
