Vishal Elijah is a Managing Director in the Infrastructure and Asset Based Credit unit within Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Mr. Elijah focuses on investments in the consumer and commercial sectors and is involved in the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of asset based credit investments.

Before joining Blackstone in 2022, Mr. Elijah was an Executive Director at Nomura Securities on the Asset Based Finance team. In that role, he originated, structured, and executed bilateral warehouse facilities and syndicated RMBS transactions across the non-agency residential mortgage space. He also advised mortgage industry participants on strategic alternatives executing both M&A and JV transactions.

Mr. Elijah graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics & Mathematics from Carleton College.
