William Mulrow is a Senior Advisory Director to Blackstone. Most recently he served as Secretary to New York State Governor Cuomo, and previously was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone.

Before joining Blackstone in 2011, Mr. Mulrow worked in senior positions at Citi, Paladin Capital Group, Gabelli Asset Management, Rothschild Inc., and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Mulrow received an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Yale University where he graduated cum laude and was a Rhodes Scholar Finalist.
